Design Team "Cute as a Button" Challenge Reveal

Tracy MacDonald
Tracy has used some Kraft Outlet Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock for her card base.  All the designer paper pieces and image are matted with the same cardstock.  The buttons are made from three layers of punched Pre-cut Full Sheet Chipboard glued together and topped with another punch of the Brown Kraft Cover Weight paper.  Their bows are Green Baker's Twine.  A Small Kraft Shipping Tag is inserted behind the image.  Tracy just added a small circle punch of the DP over the reinforcement to customize the tag to match the rest of the DP pieces.  She also added some Twill Tape into the hole in the tag.  You can find a complete supply list at Tracy's blog.

Kristina Harmon
Kristina made this "Cute as a Button" project by altering a $1 store cork board with frame. Precut Chipboard help to make this frame more stable and the Bottle Caps and XSmall Grungy Prim Tag make the perfect embellishments. You can get more details about this project on her blog, Kristina's World.

Aphra Boyler
Aphra gathered together five sweet buttons for her take on this week's challenge. The base of her card measures 6" x 4" and is cut from a sheet of Brown Craft Coverweight Cardstock. To highlight this week's theme, she threaded the buttons with Red Baker's Twine and lined them up all in a row. After adding a sentiment, Aphra has a simple birthday card that is sure to bring some cheer to someone's special day.

We're looking forward to seeing what you create for this week's "Cute as a Button" challenge. Please enter your projects below for a chance to win and stop by again tomorrow to see the winner's from last week's challenge!

Until then... Keep Krafting!
