Bunnies, Baskets or Babies Design Team Reveal

Audrey Pettit
Audrey created a sweet Easter basket for this week's Bunnies, Baskets, and Babies theme, made from Brown Kraft Cover Weight Cardstock, patterned paper, and lots of fun goodies from The Kraft Outlet. The basket edge is detailed with Avignon Patterned Paper Tape, Natural Twill Tying Tape, and lots of machine stitching. Audrey added a layered bow of twill and hemp cord, and a handmade flower made from paper and Vintage Dictionary Pages. She even created some basket filler from crinkled strips of Kraft Text Weight Paper. For more details, including instructions for creating the basket, please visit Audrey's blog.

Kristina Harmon
Kristina chose to focus on the Baby element of this week's challenge. How could she resist with such an adorable subject for her layout! This bright and cheerful layout features some fabulous product from Kraft Outlet. Red Baker's Twine is used for several bows and ties as well as some hand stitching. White Twill Tying Tape gives a great accent at the bottom of the photo. Our Vintage Style Tickets give a great little bit of whimsey. A White Library Card makes a great base for little Will's name that is spelled out using our Bottle Cap Alphabet set. Be sure to visit Kristina's blog for more info about this layout.

For Tracy's card she used a couple of images from Meljen's Designs that she put together in Photoshop.  The image is colored with Copics and matted on some fun spring papers.  The card base is made from Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock and the same paper is used for the little punched border in the center of the card.  The back of the image and mat piece are open so the Large Kraft Shipping tag can slide in.  A piece of natural colored Twill Tape is stapled to the tag.

Just a few notes before we close this post for today and you get started crafting on this challenge.  Be sure to visit Audrey's blog for instructions on creating the darling basket she revealed today and on Wednesday visit us here at The Kraft Journal for another adorable basket tutorial from Aphra! On Tuesday we'll announce our Top Three Awards from last week and later this week, I have a fun card to show you for our Thursday Trigger too!
