Design Team Reveal "Father's Day" Challenge

Tracy MacDonald
Tracy created her card base from Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock.  She stuck a Small Kraft Shipping Tag in behind the image with a piece of Natural Twill Tape for the pull.  A length of Earthy Hemp Cord is wrapped around the card and strung through the button and the sentiment frame was stamped with a 7 Gypsies ATC Label rubber stamp.  You can see the tag and all the details about the card at Tracy's blog.

Kristina Harmon
Kristina made a Father and Son layout for this Father's Day challenge. This layout is full of fantastic products from Kraft Outlet. Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock is used as an anchor for the layout. It's decorated with Silver Bottle Caps, Tim Holtz Journaling Tickets and Gaffer Tape (Venice). A White Library Card and Pocket were inked up with Old Paper Distress Ink and used for journaling. The pocket was stamped with the 7gypsies ATC Write It stamp for added interest. You can read more details about Kristina's layout on her blog.

Frances Sylvia

Frances Sylvia

For this week's challenge, Frances created a gift card holder for her hubby for Father's Day. She used Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock to create the card, and used 7 Gypsies Abvignon Patterned Paper Tape to decorate the flap. And to hold the card together, she used Brown Baker's Twine. On the inside, she used a Library Pocket with the sentiment, "Happy Father's Day," to hold the gift card. To see more close-ups, visit Frances' blog, Forever and a Year.
