Kraft Outlet DT Reveal for "Turkey Time" Challenge

Jan Del Bone

The Brown Kraft Note Cards from the Kraft Outlet have proven to be one of Jan's favorite bases for her cards.  Today she used one again, and layered some design paper on top.  She added a small rectangle of C-flute Corrugated Kraft Paper, after wrapping the card with some raffia and Adelaide Seam Binding.  Atop the Small Kraft Shipping Tag is a turkey sticker from the Salvage Sticker - Seasonal book, some lace and raffia.  Leaves and tiny flowers were included along with a wooden button threaded with Natural Hemp Cord, and tied into a bow.  More information can be found at chai tea n' me !
Tammy Hobbs

For today's "Turkey Time" card, Tammy started with a base of Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock from The Kraft Outlet which she lightly inked the edges with vintage tea stain dye. On top of that, she pieced together some patterned paper adding a ric rac trim of Lunch Bag Kraft where the papers met. A snippet of Savannah Seam Binding was tied into a fussy bow embellished with a button and Natural Hemp Cord.  Chipboard Button embellished with a glittered maple leaf was added to the lower right of the Vintage Thanksgiving graphic. She gave a final finishing touch by adding a length of ivory crochet trim to the top of her card.  Please visit Tammy's blog, Creating Somewhere Under the Sun for additional information and photographs of today's card.
Karen Letchworth, made this adorable mini album for this week's challenge.  The album is actually put together using the free piece of protective cardboard that came with her Kraft Outlet paper.  Each piece of cardboard is covered with Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock.  This cover page is embellished with a Mini Burlap Triangle, and the sentiments (Thanksgiving Memories and Poor Old Tom Turkey) are printed on Jenni Bowlin Journaling Cards cut into strips.  You can see the Mini Lunch Bag Kraft Envelope peeking through from the next page.

The second and third pages are also covered in Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock, and more of the Jenni Bowlin Journaling Cards were used to print sentiments (family traditions, give thanks to God, etc.).  Karen also used the Tim Holtz Memo Pins and a Mini Bottle Cap.

Both the second and third pages of this mini album also include the sweet little Mini Lunch Bag Kraft Envelopes where you tuck in photographs, notes, or special little memories from Turkey Time that you want to save along with your photo memories.
