Kraft Outlet DT Reveal for "Folds or Shapes" Challenge

Tammy Hobbs
For today's "Folds or Shapes" challenge, designer Tammy created a shaped flower pot card which was constructed of an "S" fold. The pot was created using the Kraft Outlet's Brown Cover Weight Cardstock. She tied a length of Natural Twill Tape around the top of the pot.  This will keep the pot closed.
Tammy Hobbs
Tammy created a sentiment panel as her insert piece for the flowers to attach to at the top. The Spring Greetings Sentiment by DeNami Designs was stamped at the bottom of the Buff Ivory cardstock onto which she layered on Brown Cover Weight Cardstock. Please view Tammy's blog, Creating Somewhere Under The Sun, to view additional information for the card she created for today's challenge.
Becky Garrison
Kraft products fit into most of today's earth tone decorating themes very well these day.  For the 'shapes of folds' challenge, designer Becky Garrison chose to make a home decor project to make sure everyone who sees it knows that this is her HOME!  Becky cut five pieces of Brown Kraft Cover Weight card stock at 5" x 6" each.  By finding the center of each on the 5" side (2 1/2" is center) she cut three pieces up 1 1/2" into a pennant shape, and two of the pieces into a triangle.  Then she added a second piece of card stock to the back of each right up at the top to reinforce where the holes would be punched.  Using patterned paper, Becky covered the pennants with pretty coordinating papers, cut the letters using her Cricut and then decorated it with Prima Flowers.  To hold the pennants together, Becky used Natural Burlap Ribbon, laced in and out of the holes punched in top.  You can find more details about how Becky made this by visiting her blog, Becky Garrison Paper Crafts.
Karen Letchworth
For this week's Folds/Shapes Challenge, Design Team Member, Karen Letchworth, decided to go with using various shapes.  She started her mini album with a chipboard house that she cut from a piece of Small Chipboard and then decorated using several of the sweet embellishments found at The Kraft Outlet starting with her album title.  Karen used a rub-on adhered to one of the Brown Kraft Oval Labels which is another great "shape" for this challenge.  She also used a Silver Bottle Cap, a Tiny Wooden Clothespin, some Natural Twill Tape, and some of The Kraft Outlet's darling Baker's Twine which comes in so many great colors.

You will find so many awesome products at The Kraft Outlet, and Karen is really hoping that you will do some shopping with us, and then enter all the great Folds, Shapes and projects you make this week in our challenge here at The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog.  To hear more about Karen's album, please visit her blog, My Cup Runneth Over.
