Kraft Outlet DT Reveal for "Sketch" Challenge

Kristi Schurr

For this week's sketch challenge, Kristi put her own spin on it, literally! She took the sketch and rotated it to fit a tag shape for her gypsy themed tag. She started with a Buff French Carte Postale Post Card Shipping Tag and added some additional postal themed stamps to add a real look to the post card. Kristi then collaged a piece of Vintage Dictionary paper and some ephemera pieces from Mini Gypsy Ephemera Labels as the base layer. After adding some vintage looking flowers, Kristi used a combination of Chit Chat  Word Stickers and die cut words to form the sentiment. Black and red silk ribbons were added as the final touch. For more information and some closeups, please visit Kristi's blog, Kristi's Paper Creations.

Jessica Esch

Jessica loves working with Sketches, and this one was perfect for putting together a fun Halloween inspired card. She started her card out with a piece of  Blackboard Stock Paper as her card base and then layered her designer papers using the My Minds Eye~ Mischievous paper pack. Next Jessica found this adorable SOG image and colored her using her copic markers.  Jessica then added  the image using some foam pop dots to a die cut circle which included another piece of Blackboard Stock Paper and matching designer paper. Before moving on to her sentiment, Jessica punched some mini bats out of the scraps from the Blackboard Stock Paper and glued them onto her die cut circle. Makes it look like a moon doesn't it?? Moving on to her sentiment, Jessica again used another die for the banner and a simple Halloween sentiment, both from My Creative Time but before she completed her card, Jessica added some Mini Numerals, 31 for Halloween.

Tammy Hobbs
For today's sketch challenge, Tammy started with a card base of Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock which she layered her orange and black patterned paper and a piece of Black and Kraft polka dot paper from the Kraft and Black Cardstock Pad found at The Kraft Outlet. She added her vintage focal image onto a die-cut shape cut from Half Size Blackboard Paper and added to the upper portion of the card front. Next she took a length of some Natural Burlap Ribbon and added it to the Black and Kraft polka dot paper. Lastly, she then added a Flag Banner Sticker to a Chipboard Flag Piece and stamped Boo!! in black ink. Karen Letchworth
Design Team Member, Karen Letchworth had a lot of fun with this week's Sketch Challenge.  She decided to use LOTS of fun Jenni Bowlin products from the Kraft Outlet.  She started with a Small Buff Ivory Blank Notecard and added some Jenni Bowlin patterned papers.  Karen used these papers because they match all the wonderful Jenni Bowlin products in the store.  She added a Town Square Journalling Card, and a Red Apothacary Sticker (row of stars) and also used a Jenni Bowlin Black Label Sticker, and the Jenni Bowlin Chipboard Flag Piece with the matching Number Flag Banner Sticker on top of that.  At that top of the card, she made a bow using several lengths of Natural Hemp Cord and over that is a black Jenni Bowlin button with Red Baker's Twine tied in the center.  To read the entire supply list, you're most welcome to visit Karen's Blog, My Cup Runneth Over.  We all look forward to seeing the wonderful cards you will create using this week's fun sketch!
