Karen Letchworth - Front View |
For the challenge theme "SO THANKFUL", Karen, wanted to make a Thanksgiving mini album to celebrate her family. She started with a Corrugated Kraft Square and covered that with harvest colored cardstock. Karen decorated the front of her mini album with lots of Kraft Outlet goodies including a Canvas Tag, three stickers from the Jenni Bowlin Memo Book, some Jenni Bowlin Black Label Stickers, a Jenni Bowlin Rubbings (torn notebook), Jenni Bowlin Chipboard Buttons, orange and black Baker's Twine, a Tim Holtz Memo Pin, some Black & White Polka Dot Washi Tape, Music Washi Tape, and a Tiny Wooden Clothespin.

Karen Letchworth - Photo Pocket |
To make the pages of her mini album, Karen used two Catalog Open End Lunchbag Kraft Envelopes to create photo pockets to save family memories. These Catalog Envelopes
are the perfect size for saving larger photos, and they cost just 50
cents each!! They can be easily bound to create pocket pages in
albums. Karen bound her book using black 7 Gypies Gaffer Tape. You can
see additional photos/pages of this album on Karen's Blog, My Cup Runneth Over. Almost all of what was used to create this album can be found at The Kraft Outlet. Treat yourself to some new supplies, and come play along in our "So Thankful" Challenge this week!

For this week's So Thankful challenge, Kristi made this quick and easy Thanksgiving card. She made a base from Lunch Bag Cover Weight Kraft Card Stock.
After scoring and folding, she adhered a strip of wide chevron ribbon
across the center using wide red line tape. She then stamped a wreath
onto a Small Glassine Bag, filled it with sequins and glitter in fall colors and stitched around the edges for contrast. After stamping a sentiment on Lunch Bag Kraft Cover Stock, Kristi die cut it into a banner. Using Natural Burlap Ribbon, she
fashioned a relaxed bow, frayed the ends, and adhered it to the card
with hot glue as shown. After threading a pumpkin button with some hemp
cording from the Dark Jewel Hemp Cord pack,Kristi adhered it to the center of the bow.She added the sentiment banner to the bow using a Memo Pin.
Kristi then finished off her card by adding another hemp cord threaded
button to the center of the wreath. For more details and a complete
supply list, give Kristi a visit at Kristi's Paper Creations.
