Kraft Outlet DT Reveal for "Here's My Heart" Challenge

Kristi Schurr
For this week's "Here's My Heart" challenge, Kristi made a Valentine card for her sweetheart! She started out with a base made from Brown Kraft Cover Weight Card Stock. She added a kraft and heart patterned paper layer, then stitched around the edges of the card. After adding another red and aqua border punched layer, Kristi tied a length of Aqua Mist Hand Stained Bias Tape around the card and made a double looped bow. She added various die cuts both made by her and some pre-printed in a collage arrangement just underneath the bow.She then added a bow made with pink hemp cord from the Pastel Hemp Cord pack and finished it with a button. For more information and a complete supply list, visit Kristi at her blog, Kristi's Paper Creations.

Tammy Hobbs
For this week's "Here's My Heart" challenge, Tammy decided to make some fun valentine treats.  She started by cutting tube boxes using her Cameo out of Brown Kraft Cover Weight cardstock. After she stamped and assembled them, she got to work on embellishing. She made two paper rosettes adding embossed hearts on each. A red button was added to one which has been threaded with white Hang Tag String.  She decorated the back panels with different heart dies and punches in her collection. She stamped a sentiment and created a banner to wrap around the tube on the left. She finished embellishing this treat tube with Red Baker's Twine.  The treat tube on the right was embellished with Valentine ribbon from her stash adding a white button to the center threaded with Red Baker's Twine.  For additional pictures and a complete supply list, please visit Tammy's blog: Creating Somewhere Under The Sun.
Anitra Tovar
This week's challenge had Anitra thinking of Valentine's Day!  What better way of showing your heart than to send a special Valentine card.  For this card Anitra started with a Buff Ivory Cover Weight Cardstock as her base.  Then she matted gingham and heart patterned papers with some black card stock.  Some lace from her stash is tucked between the patterned papers, and using a simple Valentine stamp she stamped in red and popped up the sentiment.  Anitra paired the black gingham stamp with some Black Baker's Twine and created a multi-looped bow.  To create the flower she used Lunch Bag Kraft Cover Weight Cardstock and a rolled flower die.  A pearl center to the flower along with some punched Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock leaves finishes the card.  For more information and photos of Anitra's card head on over to her blog, Stamping While They Sleep.

Karen Letchworth
For this week's "Here's My Heart" Challenge, Karen wanted to create a keepsake for saving precious memories of those things held near and dear your heart.  She started with a Kraft Polka Dot Merchandise Bag.  This is a brand new product to the Kraft Outlet, and they're bigger than you would probably guess.  They measure 5" (wide) x 8" (tall) which is great for storing photos.  Karen took sheets of Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock, folded them with the Bone Folder Tool, and then added photo mats to them on each page using Buff Ivory Cardstock.
Karen Letchworth
Karen decorated the Kraft Polka Dot Merchandise Bag, as well as the photo pages inside, using several wonderful embellishments from the Kraft Outlet including Tape Measure Washi Tape, Red & White Polka Dot Washi Tape, Pink & White Stripe Washi Tape, and some vintage wide white lace tied with several lengths of Red Baker's Twine.  She also made a tab on each page so that the photos used in the book can be properly recorded.  The tab is from the Hodge Podge Magpie Stickers set as well as the "memories" round stickers and the "keep" tag on the front of the bag.  You're welcome to stop by Karen's blog, My Cup Runneth Over, to view additional photos of this project and read the complete supply list.  Karen hopes you will treat yourself to some new goodies at the Kraft Outlet, and come join us in our "Here's My Heart" Challenge this week.
