Feature Me Friday

Hi Boys and Girls and thanks for visiting The Kraft Journal today.  We are ready for the weekend and what better way to start than with the Winners from our Shabby Chic Challenge!

The Kraft Outlet team of Designers personally select the Top Three Awards for each week's challenge. Their selections are based on style and technique(s) used on the project, as well as compliance with the challenge rules.

Thanks to all the  participants. Now on to see what Debbie has for us in this weeks Spotlight.

Debbie Marcinkiewicz

Debbie is featuring Washi Tape and Tea-Stained Bias Tape today on her card!  The Kraft Outlet has so many amazing embellishments to help make all of your paper crafted projects come to life!  Debbie began with a base of Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock onto which she layered some pink cardstock and then another layer of Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock.  Several lengths of Pink & White Polka Dot Washi Tape were added to the second piece of kraft cardstock (in the middle).  An umbrella shape was die cut from a piece of Buff Ivory Cardstock using the Showering You With Love Sweet Cuts die and then layered on top of the base layers.  A strip of Pink & White Washi Tape was added across the bottom of the card and then a Rose Beige Bias Tape bow was tied and added to the base of the card.  Machine zig-zag stitching was added around the edges.  Two cute clouds were die cut using the Showering You With Love Sweet Cuts die and then layered on top of one another using dimensionals in between the layers.  Several Robin Egg Sequins were added for 'raindrops' and then a sentiment was added using the Showering You With Love stamp set.  Please visit Debbie's blog for additional photos of today's project!

See you all on Monday for another great paper craft challenge!
