Every other Friday we share the work of Featured Artist, Debbie.  Take a look!

Debbie Marcinkiewicz
Hello Kraft Outlet friends!  For today's Designer's Feature, Debbie is showcasing a couple projects she created using some yummy Kraft cardstock, fun embellishments and an emboss & ink technique.

The card is a remake of a card first shared here at the Kraft Journal Challenge Blog for challenge #73 - Emboss It - back in May 2012!  Debbie created this gift set for a co-worker that is moving out of state and included a gift card inside the pillow box!

For the card, Debbie began with a base of Buff Ivory Card Stock onto which she adhered a piece of embossed and inked Brown Kraft Card Stock.  Next, Debbie created a sweet nosegay consisting of two Antique Stick Pins, a bow made out of Rose Beige Hand-Stained Bias Tape and some Natural Hemp Cording.  Debbie adhered a satin bloom to the top of the bow.  The frame was backed with a piece of Vintage Dictionary Pages and then the letter 'B' was adhered.  Lastly, Debbie stamped the sentiment onto a label die cut from another piece of  Buff Ivory Card Stock and then adhered two Bubblegum Sequins.

For the gift card box, Debbie embossed and inked a Small Kraft Pillow Box.  She then added a bow using more  Rose Beige Hand-Stained Bias Tape and two Antique Stick Pins.  Debbie adhered a paper bloom and a couple of glittered chipboard leaves.  To finish off the sweet box, Debbie stamped a sentiment from the Life is a Special Occasion stamp set onto a Scalloped Grungy Prim Tag and then tied it around the nosegay on the box.  Please visit Debbie's blog to view additional close up photos of today's pretty little project!
