Challenge #250 Anything Goes Tags

Hi all!

We are already in the third week of November and it's time to start thinking about checking things off our "to do" list.  This week we will be helping with holiday gift giving.  Challenge #250 Anything Goes Tags should help you with ideas on making those presents looks extra special.

Tammy Hobbs
For this week's "Anything Goes - Tags" Tammy made a gift tag to attach to a Teacher's Gift.  She used The Kraft Outlet's Large Kraft Shipping Tag to start and leftover school themed papers to decorate. She added a length of Black Baker's Twine to trim the top of where the designer paper ended. She stamped a sentiment to the left, added a die-cut pencil and apple and a few sequins to give it a bit of glitz. Lastly, she took several length of Black and Red Baker's Twine to the top. For additional product details and pictures, please visit Tammy's Blog: Creating Somewhere Under The Sun.

Karen Letchworth
For this week's Tag Challenge, Design Team Member Karen Letchworth created a Christmas card and incorporated one of her very favorite Kraft Outlet TAGS into it.  She started with a Small Lunchbag Kraft Note Card and attached patterned paper to the lower half of it.  She also added half of a White Paper Doily and a border sticker.  Then, she added some silver jingle bells that are tied on with Natural Hemp Cord.  The finishing touch is a Small Scalloped Gungry Prim Tag to which Karen added to/from rub-ons using her Bone Folder Tool.  You're welcome to visit Karen's Blog, My Cup Runneth Over, to take a closer look.

Marsha Drain
Determined to be ready for Christmas ahead of time, Marsha started making Christmas gift tags.  (She was also itching to use some new tree dies!)  For the tag on the left, she started with a Large Manila Shipping Tag then added a piece of Vintage Sheet Music . To add a little interest she distressed the top of the tag and stamped a saying before adding the embellished Christmas tree.  The tags come with a string but Marsha added some Green Baker's Twine to liven it up.  The tag on the right started as a Grungy Prim Shipping Tag.  With the staining already on the tag, Marsha kept with earth tones, cutting two trees out of Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock and Light Kraft Cardstock.  She cut out a new re-inforcer in dark brown to stick with that color and added a piece dark brown cord from the Earthy Hemp Cord.   For more details about these tags, please visit Marsha's blog, Gramma's Room.

Use this week's theme to inspire you to create your project and then link it up at the bottom
of this post before 6:00pm (Central Time) on Sunday.
