Kraft Outlet DT Reveal for "Graduation Celebration" Challenge

Debbie Marcinkiewicz
For today's 'Graduation' challenge, Debbie began her design with a base of Lunch Bag Kraft Card Stock and then created a patterned paper layer using polka dot paper and Lille Paper Tape.  Deb tied a length of Black Twill Tape around the center of the patterned paper layer, added a stamped sentiment attached to a Memo Pin and adhered a ticket with a Metal Hinge Clip.  For the image layer, Debbie adhered a Yellow Library Card to a piece of blue card stock, adhered a scalloped oval die cut shape cut from Vintage Dictionary Pages and then adhered the image layer.  For the final step, Debbie wound some Black Baker's Twine around the image layer and added it to the card base.  Please visit Simple Treasures to view more pictures.

Tracy MacDonald
Tracy created her card with a base of Light Kraft Cover Weight cardstock.  She then matted the front with panels of black and a new product in the Specialty papers section at Kraft Outlet called Kraft and Black cardstock pad.  Another panel of black wrapped with Black Bakers Twine was layered under a cute Bugaboo Stamps Graduation Owl digi stamp.

Dorcas Perkins

Dorcas Perkins
Dorcas decided to make a graduation gift card holder for this week's challenge. She started with some pink cardstock and layered it with Buff Ivory Cover Weight Cardstock which was then embossed and edged with  Distress Ink. The graduation cap was simply sketched and then cut out and a brad and gold cord were added.
Finally, she wrapped a length of brown bakers twine for added effect and tied it in a knot. An envelope was created for the inside to hold a gift card.
