Then she added a strip of patterned paper and a Library Card Pocket which was stamped with a music note background stamp. Then she added a bird which was stamped on patterned paper and cut out along with some twine and flower embellishments. You can visit Lynn's blog, From My Bungalow, to see the sentiment stamped on the Library Card.
Debbie Marcinkiewicz |
For today's 'Anything Goes' challenge, Debbie shares that she recently hosted a Hawaiian Luau themed dinner party, so she jumped at the chance to create some fun decorations and party favors for her guests using goodies available at The Kraft Outlet! For the food place markers, Debbie simply covered metal binder clips with patterned papers, tied pretty ribbons around the neck of the clips and then printed out the names of the dishes she served on Buff Ivory Card Stock, cutting the names of the dishes into banner shapes and adhering onto colorful card stock!
For Debbie's second project, she created party favors to send home with each couple at the end of the dinner party! Debbie filled Kraft Truffle Boxes with chocolate candies. She then wrapped each box with some hot pink seam binding and added a pretty little nosegay created with a Tiny Wooden Clothespin, a glittered leaf, a sweet pink paper flower, some Pink Baker's Twine and a tag created from Flag Banner Chipboard and Flag Banner Stickers that Deb stamped 'Mahalo!' onto = Thank You! Dorcas created this summery card using a base of brown kraft coverweight cardstock and layering with fun decorative papers that were then sewed down. The image was colored on lunch bag kraft and colored with colored pencils. The card was then finished with a couple of mini buttons and knotted blue bakers twine.
Hi Beth! I am now the website admin and social media coordinator for the website ScrapChallenge.com, and I/we would really love it if you would list your weekly challenges on our listings! Each week we have anywhere from 45 to 60 (and more) listings for paper crafting challenges. Our aim is to make this THE place for challenge fans to find a comprehensive list of current challenges, as well as info about challenges and how they work. I have listed this week's challenge already, so you don't have to do anything today. It is a very simple process to fill in the blanks on a form each week. If you have any questions you can reach me at lifeatcamelliacottage (at) gmail (dot) com. Thanks! Becky Garrison
